I've been watching Propellers for a long time, for several years, and I've tried many times to work with them in different roles - both as an advertiser and as a publisher. Each time the result was disappointing. I tried it this way and that way - I tried a lot of different verticals - nothing converts. Checked their traffic antibot system - about 50% of bots and one-pixel iframes.

But the most important thing is not even that. Many have the same situation, but not many allow themselves to directly steal the advertiser's money.

At one point when I try to access my account I see a message that it has been banned and there will be no refund of the rest of my deposit. In my attempts to find out what exactly happened - no answers, as usual at Propeller. They have an allegedly secret secret service called "Policy" (with a gasp!). This service decides the fate of small and insignificant creatures - advertisers, who like ants crawl around in the Propeller's expanse. This polisy has the exclusive right to decide when and from whom - without any explanation - to block your account, write off your money from your account - whatever you want at the moment. Since Propeller always has your money first, it's easy for them to do. And I repeat - no explanation at all. It's like a secret, but in fact - why not take advantage of someone else's money for the extra time. When they resell traffic - their profit is more or less 10%, when they block your account with all the rest - 100%. In the law it's called "Fraud" - theft of another's money by abuse of trust - you do trust them when you put money on deposit, right? That's just it...

Obviously, the entire business propeller (that's right, with a small letter, because I do not respect them at all) works on a few anchor customers (like World of tanks) and a constant turnover of newcomers. Newcomers come in, and either they themselves are wasting money, or here is how they are banned by the policy. In what proportion it happens - I do not know, but the fact that the withholding of money from bans accounts a significant part of the income - no doubt.
Now they will write in a response to the post something, as they wrote on all similar posts before me, some kind of formal replies, such as "our polisy never make mistakes. Do not believe it. They just came up with a very nice unobtrusive way of weaning your money - by bots, bans accounts with withholding deposits. Do not believe them. There are plenty of new highly effective projects on the market (I myself work with more than 20) - without these polices. Work better with them - there you will get a normal partnership attitude - here you'll be a "cash cow" without the right to vote.

Disrespected propeller hells team! You have NEVER provided any evidence of prohibited activity. You never provide any - you think you are the "truth in the last resort" and don't bother with such a small thing as providing evidence.

According to the laws of ALL countries - illegal withholding of other people's money is a crime. I sent you money for advertising services. You did not provide those services to me for the balance of the deposit. Be kind enough to return it to me. Prior to that, the reason was carefully concealed. You know what global smartlinks are, right? There are thousands of offers behind them, which are rotated depending on parameters of the traffic, and among these thousands something can slip through. All global smartlinks have these properties without exception (and propeller ones too, I've screwed them a lot in my time, and I've also often been blocked by advertising companies in other places for various violations on propeller smartlinks). How on earth did you allow 2 million impressions to be unscrewed up to this point? That means only one thing - everything was fine there, which means there was no intent to do something, which you have never shown or proven. From your side - only words, appealing to the decision of your Polisi department and clauses from some rules that contradict the law. All in the dark - blocked the account, squeezed the money. Another version I heard from your manager - "we do not take money from you, it remains in the account, you just lost access to it. What hypocrisy!!!

I am the injured party in this situation, and certainly not you. I trusted you with my money, you abused my trust, you are essentially trying to embezzle my money, and that is fraud. It's me who should write to the law enforcement agencies - I'll think about it, maybe I will do so, gathering others like me who have suffered from you. At the expense of writing reviews in the network - I only write the truth, suffered personally, and will try to make as many colleagues - arbitrageurs learned about your schemes of money robbery. The position "I trusted you with my money" is incorrect. We provided services to you - you tried to deceive us and abuse our trust and the rights given to you. Our actions and the measures of responsibility taken are in accordance with the terms of the contract between us, the fact of violation of which you have never refuted.
