Since you said that you were driving traffic through Alfaleads and have not received your money - of course on this issue you should contact the company you were negotiating with, which was recommended to you by the manager.
We can not comment on the relationship between our affiliate program and the AlfaLeads CPA network for one simple reason - you are a third party in the current matter, no matter how it sounds.
If Alfa or any other CPA-network sends their request to us as part of their links - we help them in solving or giving an answer to the question posed. But it is not the norm for any affiliate program to discuss the flows of an CPA network without their knowledge.

Within a reseller, we ask you to stop the flow completely and not to run it on our affiliate offers anymore.
