Today, we're diving into a case study that's all about an OnlyFans content creator from Jermaine Francois, the owner of inVogue Marketing and Astra OnlyFans Management Agency. We'll be looking at how they went from signing the model who was at the top 22% level and took her to the top 1.9% of OnlyFans. He also breaks down the model's success story and also shares the revenue numbers. Hang tight, because this is an interesting case study.

In this case study, I'll be sharing my screen to show you exactly how we managed to achieve this growth. Just a quick heads-up, we won't be revealing any personal or private content from the model's account. Instead, we'll focus on sharing some stats, figures, and the strategies we used to achieve these outstanding results. Buckle up and let's dive into the case study!

In the screenshot, you'll see the impressive results from the last 30 days. We're talking about $7 900 in gross revenue and a net profit of $6 300 That's a remarkable 20% increase compared to the previous month. And guess what? Our model is currently sitting at the top 1.9%. Looking ahead, we're projecting this to settle around 1.4% to 1.5% in the near future, if we continue on this path.

Before teaming up with us, this model faced several months of lower earnings. In March, they managed $1 200, followed by drops to $800 and even $300. That was the maximum they could achieve on their own.

Then came our collaboration in late August, around the 18th or 20th. The results were striking—earnings jumped from $200 to $1 000 and grew to $3 737 within just a week and a half.

Our first full month together, September, was a game-changer. We scaled the account and generated $3 900 in revenue:

Messaging — the Secret Sauce of Making Money on OnlyFans

In our first full month of collaborating, $3 500 of the revenue came directly from messages. This underlines the power of effective messaging strategies. Crafting engaging scripts and building strong connections with followers can make a world of difference.

Let's rewind a bit and see where the account stood before our intervention. In July, subscriptions were the main income source, contributing $212, while messaging brought in only $40:

Clearly, the model was struggling before joining forces with us. This is a common scenario for many creators unless they're already in the top 2% range. And if we look at March, it was pretty balanced between messaging and subscriptions, likely due to an initial boost from Instagram followers.

Fast forward to May, where earnings were consistently low, with a total of just $200. Once again, subscriptions played a major role in the earnings.

Now, let's take a look at the first month when we worked with her in September. The first full month. As you can see, only 400 came from subscriptions, and new subscriptions, $3 500 of that came from messaging, directly from our messages every single day in September.

In October, we did even better. We scaled up from $3 900 to $5 100. That's like a 20% to 30% increase on the account.  At this point, things had started to ramp up. We began driving more traffic to the Creator's social pages.

So you can see, subscription numbers started to really increase. But with that, you can see messages are still very healthy. Three thousand four hundred dollars came directly from messages alone. Additionally, tips started to increase. We pushed more custom content and rates, etc. $979 came directly from tips alone. So, between messages and tips, they make up about 80-85% of the account's total revenue, and that was in October.

November was even better. We increased the total net for the account from $5 100 to $6 300. Gross was around $7 900, just under $8 000 growth. Again, a similar scenario. A $1 084 came from subscriptions alone. The rest came from tips, which increased from $900 in October to twelve hundred dollars.

So, we pushed more tips and customs, leading to a rise in tip revenue. Messages also increased, going from $3 400 net to $4 200 in net from the messaging side of things for this account.

Overall, across tips, messages, and even subscriptions, we heavily increased it. In December, at the time of recording this case study, we're currently at $2 600. I anticipate a bit of a slow month due to inconsistent content. It seems we'll still be around November's level, hitting $6 700 to $6 800 at best. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll exceed that much. Some things are out of our control.

But overall, we're growing month on month for this creator. These aren't the exaggerated figures you might hear about. For me, this is a brand new account. In the next 3 to 4 months, we should hit $20 000 to $30 000 per month. We'll sustainably grow the account month by month.

We won't see a sudden jump from $2 000 to $30 000 a month. Anyone saying that is just exaggerating. As long as you increase the account month by month, you're in a profitable position. The model should be very content. Before working with us, she struggled, barely breaking $1 000 but currently, this model is at the top 1.9%.

How We Achieved These Results

First, we have an omnipresence traffic strategy. We don't just use TikTok; we also leverage Twitter, Instagram and dating apps. For this Creator, we focused on TikTok, Instagram, and a few dating apps. We launched across Bumble, Hinge, Plenty of Fish, and Badoo. We set her up on three different devices to drive traffic.

Using an Instagram bot also helped. Lowering the subscription price from $9 to $5 a month boosted new subscriptions around October.

We also used TikTok Lives, which worked well due to her large number of followers. We engaged with other creators' followers through the Instagram bot, driving traffic to our model's account, and converting them into subscribers.

This strategy has been performing well. While not an extraordinary case study, it shows realistic growth. Our agency has one Creator making $25 000 a month. We also had another one making $36 000 a month before personal issues led to a break. Most of our creators are in the top 1% or close. Things are scaling well at the agency.

Takeaway Points

The key takeaway from this case study is the importance of messaging. Focusing on messaging and tips generates a lot of earnings. Many focus too much on new subscribers, but that's just a small part of the account's total revenue.

We hope this all makes sense. If you are interested in learning more about OnlyFans Management, be sure to follow Jermaine on his Instagram.
