We are seeking an autonomous and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our sweepstakes marketing initiatives from strategy to execution. You'll start by managing all marketing activities as a proof of concept and then scale the team to achieve our ambitious goals.

✅Key Responsibilities:
   - Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies to maximize monthly processing capacity;
   - Manage and Optimize Campaigns primarily on Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Experience with other platforms is a bonus;
   - Acquire and Manage Advertising Accounts, including agency accounts;
Utilize Advanced Marketing Tools:
   - Keitaro and Everflow for campaign tracking and performance optimization;
   - CheckoutChamp as a CRM to enhance customer relationship management and increase conversions;
   - Optimize Campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid management;
   - Build and Lead a Marketing Team, establishing processes and workflows for scalability;
   - Report on Performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

📌Qualifications:
   - Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital marketing; at least 3 years in sweepstakes marketing;
Technical Skills:
   - Proficient in account acquisition and management;
   - Expertise with Keitaro and Everflow trackers;
   - Familiarity with CheckoutChamp as a CRM.

📌Platform Proficiency:
   - Facebook Ads and Google Ads are essential;
   - Experience with YouTube Advertising, X (Twitter), and Telegram is a plus;
   - Leadership Ability to build and manage a team;
   - Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making;
   - Fluent in English (written and spoken);
   - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred;
   - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

   - Base Salary: $2,000 to $4,000 USD per month, based on experience;
   - Performance Incentive: A percentage of net profits from your campaigns (to be agreed upon);
