I have a old account in coinpayments, but I forget the password. A few days ago, I contact the support team and want to reset password to get back my account. They asked me send the provide proof of address and ID/passport proof, then I sent the documents to them. They replied me, your account has been reset, now you can login your account, but I still can not receive the reset password email from coinpayments. In fact when I try the live chat robot on their site, I can receive the mail from noreply#coinpayments.net, then I know they control it, they do not want me to get back my account. I said please reset a new password and send it to me directly, they confused and asked me complete KYC to change my current email address(outlook mail)and send a KYC process link, when I do the last step the selfie, they rejected my KYC and said Sadly, the selfie on the KYC file on the account is not the same. There is nothing we can do about this in this case. Now I know they just do not want to me to get back my account and wasted me a lot of time.
