I've played over 50 + casinos and have never ran into an issue that frustrated me, chat worker said transfer could take up to two hours (longest I've dealt with this prior would be 30 minutes) two hours goes by and it's being escalated to another department. So not only did I wait two hours for nothing but I still don't have my funds and can't trust them to give me an idea of time it'll be received. Would not be shocked if it's stolen.
