Within the first two days of using this company, I received complaints from visitors to my site 3 times that they were sent to a redirect saying they need to download an app or the phone will be shut down. Customer service kept asking me screenshots of those malware pages. The first time, I did it, but then second and third times? No, I'm not gonna continue asking my site visitors to go back to that shady pages and take a screenshot with the potential of getting infected with viruses just so they could fix it. What they should have done is go to my site and run checks to see what's going on, but instead, kept asking for screenshots. To hell with this company.
