First of all what is most important, they do what they promise, no fairy tales or exorbitant promises about the points earned in the contest or bonuses/stakes for regular offers. I always get payment on time, delays are not critical. I like contests, everything is simple and fair, you earn, get points, take away the stuff and keep on driving traffic. I used to visit their conferences and meetings of partners, nice and without bullshit like in many affiliate marketing groups.

what would be desirable as a web: fast response of support on weekends and holidays, more video content, some webinars are very interesting.
