I have been working with 1win for about 2 years. Exclusively by revshare. And until July of this year, everything was fine, payments were steady, and there were no questions. But in July, everything changed...

My audience is fantasy sports players. I won't go into details about what it is (anyone who needs it will Google it), but the calculation of the site's income and affiliation is based on the same principle as in tournament poker. Upon entering the tournament, the player pays a fee, which is divided into 2 parts: 90% (conditionally) goes to the prize pool, and 10% is the site commission (rake), which the site shares with the affiliates.

Since my players are fantasy players, the main product they use is fantasy, and betting and casinos are like additional stories. And so the income from fantasy for January 1 until July was calculated as I described above. We shared the rake in half with 1win...

In July, after the European Football Championship, 1in temporarily removed fantasy sports from its site, but after a couple of days it was returned. But with the return of fantasy sports, the income calculation system for fantasy has also changed.

At the moment, it is calculated according to the "win-loss" principle. That is, I receive 50% of all my players' contributions to fantasy tournaments, but I also receive 50% of the loss from all players' winnings in these tournaments. Obviously, there is no logic in this system, because as I wrote earlier, the prize fund of the tournament is formed from 90% of the contributions, from which the winners are paid. But in this system, the prize payments are formed not from the prize fund, but from my pocket. Since I have several cool fantasy players playing through me who regularly win, my partner is currently deeply in the negative. There has been no question of withdrawing money from it for a long time. At the moment, the minus is -3500 dollars.

Despite the fact that the bug has been dragging on since mid-July, I noticed it only a couple of weeks later, which I informed my partner manager about. He confirmed to me that this was indeed a bug and it should be fixed, and I should make a recalculation. At the moment, 2 months have passed, and this problem has not been fixed. Back in early September, the manager assured me that this problem is now highly prioritized, the bosses are aware of it, but the type of wine is at the fantasy sports supplier they are dealing with. It's been a long time, but the problem has not been fixed. And I have doubts that they are even trying to eliminate it. I have a few more things to confirm this.:

1) Until the 22nd year, I worked for a company that supplies fantasy sports for 1in. I still have friends there. And they assured me several times that 1win had not contacted them on the issue described above. That is, they question the claim that "1win is dealing with this issue with the supplier."

2) The manager conveyed the developers' words that they were dealing with Digitain on this issue. But the trick is that Digitain has nothing to do with the fantasy product.

3) If this problem was really high-priority, it would have been fixed long ago.

I hope that I am wrong and the problem is really fixed. But there are fewer and fewer hopes for this every day.

Maybe I and other partners whose players actively play fantasy sports are just being scammed.

As of 07.10, the bug has not been fixed. No one reports the dates, as well as the formula for the new calculation.

Is it possible to change the estimates about the platform to all zeros?
