Another point that I appreciated was the opportunity to test new directions. It is not always clear in advance which GEO or which bundle will show a normal result. Therefore, the opportunity to start with testing looks quite reasonable to me. You can look at the numbers, assess the potential and only then make a decision on further volume. This approach is much more comfortable than investing a large budget blindly.
