Collaboration with the platform started with a working and converting funnel, which successfully worked on other platforms.

The first call was already when the platform was missing a token to transfer a cost to the tracker.

Faced with the fact that there was almost no push traffic on the network, support advised to drive traffic on Social bar. Traffic here was more, but compared to other platforms it was tears, and the bid did not particularly increase the number of potential clicks. I have already put up with stable daily spread in 20 c.u. for 2 months.

But then one day the spend just fell to 11 cents daily and that's it!!!

Restarting the campaign gave me nothing. I decided to ask for help from support and here began the most interesting thing:

At first support said that the traffic was fine and everything was just fine. Then I got the answer that I need to check with technical support.

During the week every time Support replied that the technical department was working! Once again, asking about the progress of my question, I got a phenomenal response from support: "So far, all we see is that there are advertisers who set the bid in 2X higher than yours. +therewas less traffic on pub sources, it happens, maybe they focused on specific geos or funnels and not on your funnel." And it took more than a week of investigation, after such a "help of support" I decided to stop further work with the platform.

I wondered how to withdraw funds from the platform, because there was more than 200 cents left and 11 cents daliy spend would take almost 5 years.

Again, the support informed me that there was no problem with that. I provided the number of the purse, from which I funded the account and Support reported that - "Thank you! Already gave my colleagues, in the near future they will issue a refund. A week later another support team said that "the nearest time" - is 30 working days.

Extremely do not recommend working with this platform!!!
