B2BINPAY Review

6.5/10

Crypto gateway from the B2Broker forex group: published 0.25-0.50% fees, 350+ assets, a T+1 USD/EUR off-ramp, El Salvador and Mauritius licenses, and no route into the US, UK, or EU.

  • Founded 2017
  • HQ Dubai, UAE (group hub), contracting entity in El Salvador
  • 500+ team
  • Mid-size
  • B2B-only
  • Updated Aug 15, 2026
Our take

B2BINPAY is built for one buyer above all: an offshore-licensed casino or betting brand facing LatAm, CIS, or Asia that wants crypto in, USD or EUR out, published pricing, and a back office from people who have run forex-broker infrastructure since 2014, all on one invoice. Everyone regulated in the West is excluded: the Terms keep the US, UK, and EU off the client list, no MiCA authorization exists anywhere, and the casino page flatly lists the USA as unavailable. Take the transparent fees and the El Salvador and Mauritius licenses for what they are, and expect to be the reference client, because no casino has ever been named.

Our read

6.5/10
GoodReviewed by Partnerkin ResearchJuly 2026
Coverage & methods6.6

350+ assets, USDT/USDC on multiple chains, and a real USD/EUR exit, held down by a crypto-only intake and a fiat leg that stops at two settlement currencies.

Licensing & compliance5.6

The El Salvador CNAD entry and four Mauritius FSC licenses are real, but there is zero US, UK, or EU authorization and the Italian MiCA application went unresolved past the 2026-07-01 cutoff.

Integration & cashier6.8

REST API with a sandbox, hosted pages, and a payment button cover the standard shapes, with no casino-platform connector list and only a Praxis homepage logo tying it to gambling cashiers.

Settlement & payouts6.9

Instant crypto settlement, T+1 to fiat, 0% outgoing, and an explicit No Rolling Reserve policy, set against a €5,000 minimum fiat withdrawal and undisclosed banking partners.

Trust & track record6.2

Nine years inside a 12-year group, but the $5.1B headline is cumulative since 2017 and not one gambling client is named.

Commercials & transparency8.0

A complete public fee schedule from 0.25% to 0.50% with tiered WaaS rates and no setup or monthly fees, docked because the volume-tier period is never defined.

Methodology. Our own score, a weighted average of six dimensions, tilted toward licensing and trust. Crypto-gateway weighting loads 0.26 onto compliance, exactly where B2BINPAY is weakest for a Western buyer, so even a segment-best 8.0 for its published rate card cannot lift the blend past 6.5 once El Salvador plus Mauritius is weighed against the missing MiCA. Read the full methodology

Strengths
  • The fee schedule is fully public: coins 0.40% sliding to 0.25% and stablecoins 0.50% to 0.35% incoming, 0% outgoing, WaaS at 0.050% to 0.025%, and a 0.50% SEPA/SWIFT off-ramp (Jul 2026), transparency most of this segment refuses.
  • Licenses with numbers and dates: El Salvador CNAD entry PSAD-0064 (inscribed Oct 20, 2025), the BCR Bitcoin Service Provider authorization (Apr 2025), and four Mauritius FSC licenses, VASP plus classes M, O, and R, all dated Apr 24, 2026.
  • The fiat leg is published where rivals hide it: settle to USD or EUR at T+1, withdrawals at 0.50%, plus an explicit No Rolling Reserve policy and free outgoing crypto.
  • A 12-year group (B2Broker, founded 2014, roughly 500 staff) stands behind it, gambling is explicitly welcomed in the Terms' "Who we serve" list, and the stack runs past simple processing into swaps, custody, and wallet-as-a-service.
Watch-outs
  • No MiCA authorization anywhere after the 2026-07-01 cutoff: the Italian entity's CASP application went unresolved, closing the EEA outright.
  • The US, UK, and EU all sit under do-not-market exemption language in the Terms (June 2026), with the casino page separately listing the USA as unavailable, which makes this an offshore-only tool.
  • Zero named gambling clients, no casino case studies, and no SiGMA or SBC footprint: the iGaming pages sit on a forex-DNA processor, and a Praxis homepage logo is the only visible link to casino cashier stacks.
  • The scale is modest for the segment: $5.1B is cumulative incoming volume since 2017, against CoinsPaid's €9.1B for 2024 alone, and the pricing page never defines whether volume tiers reset monthly or accumulate.
Best for

Offshore-licensed (Curacao, Anjouan, Costa Rica) casinos and sportsbooks outside the US, UK, and EEA that want crypto acceptance with a T+1 USD/EUR off-ramp and modelable public pricing, platforms embedding white-label wallets, and forex-adjacent operators already inside the B2Broker orbit.

Not for

UKGC-, MGA-, or any EEA-licensed operator (no MiCA, and the EU sits in the Terms' do-not-market language), anything US-facing, and teams that want a gambling-native processor with named casino references and an iGaming event footprint.

Where you can run it

Markets & licensing

B2BINPAY's licensing sits in two crypto-friendly jurisdictions. El Salvador carries CNAD entry PSAD-0064, B2BINPAY El Salvador, S.A. de C.V., inscribed October 20, 2025 and authorized for exchange, transfer, and custody of digital assets, plus a central-bank Bitcoin Service Provider authorization from April 11, 2025. Mauritius adds four FSC licenses for B2binpay Mauritius LTD, all dated April 24, 2026: VASP VA-1.0, Broker-Dealer Class M, Wallet Class O, and Custodian Class R. What does not exist is any US, UK, or EU authorization, and the company's own Terms say it does not market to any of the three.

United States
Unavailable, on the vendor's own paper

The Terms of Use (updated June 26, 2026) restrict US business to customers falling within a financial-promotion exemption and state that B2BINPAY does not market, promote, or actively offer services in the US. The casino page is blunter and simply lists the United States among jurisdictions where services are unavailable. There are no money-transmitter licenses and no state gaming-vendor registrations. Nothing US-facing should touch this gateway.

United Kingdom
Same exemption template, same answer

The UK gets the same treatment as the US in the Terms: services only under a financial-promotion exemption, no marketing, no active offering. There is no FCA registration of any kind behind it. A UKGC-licensed operator has no compliant route here, and the practical meaning is uniform across the US, UK, and EU: not licensed in, and not soliciting, any of the three.

Licensing tier: Grade this stack for what it is: genuine crypto licensing in jurisdictions that carry little weight with Western counterparties. CoinGate holds a Bank of Lithuania CASP and Confirmo one from the Central Bank of Ireland, and next to those, El Salvador plus Mauritius covers custody and transfer activity without opening a single regulated Western market.

Live & certified markets

Not disclosed.

License geography is El Salvador and Mauritius. Client geography is wherever risk-based KYB says yes, which in practice means offshore-licensed operators across LatAm, CIS, Asia, and MENA, without any list of regulated markets.

The Terms hard-prohibit a 16-entry sanctions list (Afghanistan through Yemen, plus occupied Ukrainian regions) and put the US, UK, and EU under do-not-market exemption language. The casino page separately lists the USA as unavailable.

How it connects

Integrations & engineering

One contract and one API instead of a separate deal per studio, feed, or PSP. Here's what connects, how fast, and on what stack.

Distinctive fieldThe partner picture below is short, with the Praxis logo the only gambling-side signal.
One unified API

One REST integration, or a hosted payment page or payment button for lighter setups, connects a merchant to custodial crypto accounts covering the 350+ assets. Incoming payments settle instantly to the merchant account, where funds can sit, swap crypto-to-crypto or crypto-to-fiat, move off-chain between B2BINPAY accounts, or exit to a bank in USD or EUR at T+1. The same infrastructure resells as Wallet-as-a-Service and white-label wallets for platforms embedding crypto under their own brand, with security controls (2FA, address whitelists, role-based rights, wallet thresholds) extended by version 26.1's access controls in 2026. There is no casino-platform connector catalog. The one gambling-side path is Praxis, whose orchestrator logo appears among homepage partners.

Time to integrate

No concrete figure is published. Merchants "begin receiving payments quickly" is the stated pace, and KYB time is not disclosed.

Everything runs on one account stack: the processing gateway takes crypto in, the wallet infrastructure white-labels the same rails for platforms, and the treasury layer swaps, holds, or exits to USD and EUR through SEPA and SWIFT.

Track record

The history

Sales decks get rewritten for every deal. A dated record doesn't.

B2BINPAY launched in 2017 as the crypto payment arm of B2Broker, the brokerage-technology group Arthur Azizov and Evgeniya Mykulyak founded in 2014 to sell liquidity, MT4/MT5 white labels, and CRM to forex brokers. That heritage still shapes everything: the group counts roughly 500 staff across 10 offices with Dubai as the visible hub, the event calendar runs through Finance Magnates London and crypto expos, with SiGMA and SBC nowhere on it, and the 2025-2026 licensing push (El Salvador PSB in April 2025, CNAD in October 2025, Mauritius FSC in May 2026) planted flags in crypto-friendly jurisdictions instead of the EU.

Milestones

  1. Arthur Azizov and Evgeniya Mykulyak found B2Broker, selling liquidity, trading platforms, and CRM to forex brokers.

  2. B2BINPAY launches as the group's crypto deposit and payout layer, initially for its brokerage client base.

  3. Best Crypto Payment Service won at Crypto Expo Dubai.

  4. El Salvador arrives in two steps: the central bank's Bitcoin Service Provider authorization (April 11) and CNAD digital-asset entry PSAD-0064 for B2BINPAY El Salvador, S.A. de C.V. (inscribed October 20).

  5. Mauritius FSC licenses B2binpay Mauritius LTD across four classes, VASP plus M, O, and R (all dated April 24, announced May 13). The Terms updated June 26 keep the US, UK, and EU on the do-not-market list as Italy's MiCA transition closes July 1 with no B2BINPAY authorization.

Where they're pushing next

  • LatAm, anchored by the El Salvador licenses
  • Africa and the Indian Ocean via the Mauritius VASP license
  • MENA from the Dubai group hub
  • Gambling, e-commerce, and adult verticals marketed alongside the forex heritage base

The take: CoinsPaid is the gambling-native pick with far bigger volume (€9.1B for 2024 alone against B2BINPAY's $5.1B lifetime figure), while CoinGate and Confirmo hold actual EU CASP authorizations from Lithuania and Ireland, making either the default for an EEA-licensed operator. B2BINPAY's counters are published pricing, on-the-record USD/EUR off-ramp terms, and wallet infrastructure. Pick it when your license is offshore, your traffic never touches the US, UK, or EEA, and you want the whole crypto treasury on one invoice.

B2BINPAY publishes pricing. Those figures are below, and final terms still land in the contract.

Volume-tiered processing on incoming transactions: coins 0.40% under $1M sliding to 0.25% above $5M, stablecoins and tokens 0.50% to 0.35%, outgoing 0.00%. Wallet-as-a-Service inverts it: incoming free, outgoing 0.050% sliding to 0.025% above $20M. Tiers are calculated on deposits in US dollars at confirmation time, with the tier period never defined (Jul 2026).

The rate card is public and complete: processing at 0.25-0.50% incoming by volume tier, 0% outgoing, WaaS at 0.025-0.050%, a 0.50% fiat off-ramp with a €5,000 minimum withdrawal, no setup or monthly fees, and an explicit no-rolling-reserve policy. Two things are missing: the volume-tier period (monthly or lifetime is never said) and any word on contract length or lock-in (all Jul 2026).

Questions

Frequently asked

The things operators actually ask before signing.

Can EU, UK, or US operators use B2BINPAY?+

No, and the vendor's own paperwork says so. The Terms of Use (updated June 26, 2026) state that B2BINPAY El Salvador serves US, UK, and EU customers only where a financial-promotion exemption applies, and that it does not market, promote, or actively offer services in any of the three. The casino page goes further and simply lists the United States among jurisdictions where services are unavailable. With no FCA registration, no MiCA authorization, and no US money-transmitter footprint, an operator licensed in any of these markets has nothing to build on here.

Is B2BINPAY authorized under MiCA?+

No. Its one EU thread was B2BINPAY ITALY S.R.L., an OAM-registered virtual-currency operator in Rome with a CASP application filed under MiCA. Italy's transitional regime ended July 1, 2026 with no B2BINPAY authorization granted, and the Italian entity no longer appears in the company's current legal documents. The practical answer for an EEA-licensed operator is that no MiCA coverage exists.

What does B2BINPAY actually charge?+

The fee schedule is public. Incoming coin payments cost 0.40% under $1M in volume, sliding to 0.25% above $5M, while stablecoins and tokens run 0.50% down to 0.35%. Outgoing crypto is free apart from per-chain minimums ($0.02 on Solana up to $2.00 on ERC-20 and TRON payouts). Wallet-as-a-Service charges nothing incoming and 0.050% outgoing, dropping to 0.025% past $20M. No setup fee, monthly fee, or rolling reserve is listed. One gap remains: the page never says whether volume tiers reset monthly or accumulate (all figures July 2026).

Does B2BINPAY settle to fiat?+

Yes, and the terms are published. Merchants can accept crypto and settle to USD or EUR at T+1, with incoming fiat free and withdrawals at 0.50% via SEPA (minimum €10) or SWIFT (minimum €20). The catch is the €5,000 minimum fiat withdrawal, which makes the off-ramp a treasury tool for batched settlement runs rather than a way to sweep small balances (July 2026).

Who owns B2BINPAY?+

The B2Broker group, founded in 2014 by Arthur Azizov and Evgeniya Mykulyak as a brokerage-technology vendor selling liquidity, trading platforms, and CRM to forex brokers. B2BINPAY launched in 2017 as the group's crypto payment arm and stays privately held, with no outside funding rounds at all. Azizov signs the 2025-2026 license announcements as CEO of B2BINPAY, and no separate management team is published. The forex DNA matters for buyers: the back office is built to broker-infrastructure standards, and the event calendar runs through Finance Magnates shows, skipping SiGMA and SBC.

Does B2BINPAY accept gambling businesses, and can it show casino references?+

It accepts them openly: Gambling and Online Games sit in the Terms' "Who we serve" list, dedicated casino and gaming pages pitch stablecoin settlement and no-chargeback flows, and onboarding runs risk-based KYB per client. References are another matter. Not a single casino client is named, there are no gambling case studies, and the company has no visible SiGMA or SBC presence, so plan your own reference checks.
