Corefy Review
7.0/10Payment orchestration with a public price list: 600 cataloged connectors, deep routing, a white-label gateway for PSPs, and an iGaming cashier that is still on the roadmap.
Our read
600 itemized connectors, 1,337 routes, and 250+ payout methods is real, auditable breadth, short of the top grade because every connector still rides on the merchant's own PSP contracts.
Unlicensed by design and honest about it, with PCI Level 1 claimed since 2020, but the AoC stays unpublished and no ISO 27001 claim exists at all.
Public docs, a no-code checkout builder, and weeks-level go-lives, held down because the dedicated iGaming Cashier was still "coming soon" in July 2026 and NuxGame is the only casino-platform connector there is.
Instant, staged, and batch payout modes across 250+ rails, though Corefy never holds funds, so settlement terms depend entirely on each connected PSP.
Eight years of operation with a UK entity and public founders, set against no named gambling operators.
The segment's only fully published pricing, from the €2,500 and €6,000 tiers down to per-transaction overage and add-on fees, on month-to-month terms.
Methodology. Our own score, a weighted average of six dimensions, tilted toward integration and coverage. Orchestration weighting prices integration and cashier heaviest at 0.26, so the still-unshipped Cashier costs Corefy at exactly the dimension this segment values most, while the published rate card lifts commercials to a segment-leading 8.5 and the weighted blend settles at 7.0. Read the full methodology
- Full pricing is published down to per-transaction overage (€0.072 on Standard, €0.024 on Professional), making Corefy the only orchestrator in this segment whose total cost you can model before a sales call.
- The 600-connector catalog is public and itemized, with 1,337 routes broken down by flow type, so the coverage claim is auditable instead of taken on faith.
- Gambling-specific depth most rivals lack: MID-preservation routing, multiple rolling reserves, two-step delayed charges for KYC checks, batch affiliate payouts, and Sift, MaxMind, and Ravelin risk hooks.
- The white-label gateway carries named references: PSP client SwiftGate (Dec 2025), a dedicated ISO/MSP product, and a PCI DSS Level 1 umbrella for clients.
- Named account managers run the support relationship from the Professional tier, backed by a service desk and a public status page.
- No named gambling clients. The one gambling case study is anonymous, carries no metrics, and its status line stops at Q4 2023.
- The dedicated iGaming Cashier and the standalone fraud-management product were both still marked "coming soon" in July 2026.
- 99.5% uptime SLA on every tier including Enterprise, below the 99.9%+ the segment treats as table stakes.
- Base support runs 9 AM to 9 PM instead of 24/7, and premium coverage costs an extra 20-30% of the entire monthly invoice.
- No ISO 27001 attestation, and the PCI Level 1 AoC document itself is not published.
Operators and PSPs consolidating several providers behind one routing layer who want to model the cost from published tiers before talking to sales, ISOs and startup PSPs shopping for a white-label gateway under a PCI Level 1 umbrella, and NuxGame-platform operators who get Corefy as the built-in payment layer.
US-regulated operators that need named references and state-vendor posture, enterprises that require a 99.9%+ SLA with 24/7 support in the base contract, and teams that want a plug-and-play iGaming cashier today instead of a checkout builder plus a roadmap promise.
Markets & licensing
Corefy holds no payment or gambling license anywhere, and for once that is the correct amount, since the platform never processes or holds end-user funds. The file runs on attestations instead: COREFY LIMITED (12962906) is the UK entity, PCI DSS Level 1 has been held since July 2020, and Visa TPA plus Mastercard MRP registrations round out the stack. Gambling references stay unnamed.
Corefy holds no US money-transmitter licenses and needs none, since funds never pass through it. There is also nothing US-facing to point at: no state gaming-vendor registrations, no named US gambling clients, and no US office. A US-regulated operator that wants a vendor with state-level paper and referenceable US deployments should look at the acquirer-side names in this category instead.
The head office is 25 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf, under COREFY LIMITED (Company No. 12962906, incorporated October 2020). There is no FCA authorization because software that never touches funds does not need one. UK-licensed operators can use it, with the standing caveat that every regulated obligation, from safer gambling to AML and fund handling, stays with the operator and its PSPs.

Licensing tier: There is no license tier to grade here, so the scale that matters is attestation quality, and Corefy sits mid-pack on it: PCI Level 1 held since 2020 with the AoC unpublished, Visa TPA and Mastercard MRP scheme registrations, and no ISO 27001.
Not disclosed.
Licensed-market lists do not apply to an unlicensed software layer: Corefy runs wherever its merchants and their PSPs hold the paper, with offices pointing at Europe, Israel, and APAC.
No restricted-market or operator-acceptance policy is published, and the gambling pages market openly to high-risk casino, poker, and betting.

Integrations & engineering
One contract and one API instead of a separate deal per studio, feed, or PSP. Here's what connects, how fast, and on what stack.
One REST integration puts a merchant behind Corefy's routing layer, where transactions distribute across connected PSPs by more than 100 attributes, BIN data, and metadata filters, with cascading retries on declines. Card data stays out of the merchant's scope through hosted fields, hosted payment pages, or the checkout builder, all under Corefy's PCI DSS Level 1 umbrella, while certified merchants can run host-to-host. PSP and ISO buyers deploy the same stack as a white-label gateway with merchant portal, documentation, and ledger included from the Professional tier. Missing providers get built: one new payment-flow integration per month is bundled with Professional, or €1,500 one-time otherwise.
First live transactions come in under three weeks (July 2026), and one PSP migrated its full traffic in under two (December 2025).
Products & tools
Everything hangs off the orchestration core: the public connector catalog and PayAtlas feed it, the checkout layer fronts it, and the same stack resells as a white-label gateway for PSPs and ISOs.

Payment orchestration platform
One integration behind which transactions route across a merchant's PSP stack by more than 100 attributes, BIN data, and metadata filters, with cascading retries, a tokenization vault, and gambling-specific controls built in.
- Routing schemes built from over 100 attributes, with route limits per scheme extended to 700 in 2024
- Cascading failover across providers on declines, plus BIN-based routing and metadata filtering
- Smart selective 3DS, 3DS 2.0 for Google Pay and Apple Pay, dynamic 6/8-digit BIN processing
- Card vault and tokenization, with hosted fields keeping merchants out of PCI scope
- Gambling controls: MID-preservation routing, virtual multicurrency merchant accounts, deposit and withdrawal limits, two-step charges for KYC, multiple rolling reserves
- Firewall rules engine (2022) plus Sift, MaxMind, and Ravelin risk-scoring hooks
Connector catalog & PayAtlas
Coverage you can audit: a public catalog of 600 connectors and 1,337 routes itemized by flow type, plus PayAtlas, the provider marketplace launched in February 2024 where merchants and payment providers find each other.
- 600 connectors and 1,337 routes, including 209 host-to-host, 142 hosted payment pages, 25 invoice, and 147 payout (July 2026)
- Gambling-relevant names in the catalog: Skrill, Neteller, AstroPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay
- Crypto coins from BTC and ETH to DOGE, SOL, ADA, XRP, LINK, and MATIC
- 250+ payout methods, with batch payouts to unlimited recipients pitched at affiliate payments
- PayAtlas marketplace: 700+ providers showcased, 1,400+ merchant and provider requests processed in 2024
- One new payment-flow integration per month bundled with the Professional tier
White-label payment gateway
The flagship for the other half of Corefy's market: PSPs, ISOs, and MSPs launch a branded gateway on Corefy's infrastructure, with merchant portal, documentation, ledger, and a PCI DSS Level 1 umbrella included.
- White-label package with merchant portal, documentation, and ledger, included in the Professional tier
- Extra client-facing interface at €1,500 per month
- Dedicated ISO/MSP product with merchant management and multitenancy
- PCI DSS Level 1 umbrella extends to white-label clients
- Full 600-connector catalog available to resell under your brand
Checkout, hosted pages & the Cashier gap
The merchant-facing layer today is a no-code checkout builder, hosted payment pages, and hosted fields, while the dedicated iGaming Cashier has sat at "coming soon" on the site from at least 2024 into mid-2026.
- Checkout builder configured with clicks, no code
- Hosted payment pages in the merchant's design (one per year bundled with Professional, €1,500 one-time otherwise)
- Hosted fields keep card data out of the merchant's PCI scope
- 25 checkout languages and 200+ currencies and cryptos, counted together
- Automated reconciliation marked NEW in 2026, live chargeback management, dynamic currency conversion
The history
Sales decks get rewritten for every deal. A dated record doesn't.
Corefy started on November 1, 2018 in Kyiv as PayCore.io, founded by Denys Kyrychenko and Dmytro Dziubenko (Kyrychenko had earlier co-founded the Eastern European payment aggregator Interkassa, per press profiles). After processed volume tripled from 34 million transactions in 2019 to 106 million-plus in 2020, the company took the Corefy name in February 2021, saying it was no longer just a gateway. Today the head office sits at Cabot Square, Canary Wharf (COREFY LIMITED, incorporated October 2020), R&D has stayed in Kyiv through the war, and Amsterdam, Herzliya, and Manila offices round out a team of roughly 100.

Longevity and ownership
Switching vendors is expensive, which makes the company's staying power part of the purchase. What the contract says about your data decides how expensive an exit gets.
Corefy vs alternatives
No two vendors describe themselves the same way, which makes their own claims hard to line up. Every name here answers the same fields, so you can see where this one sits against the closest alternatives.

The take: PaymentIQ is the incumbent with a shipped cashier and tier-1 gambling references, Praxis Tech leads on published casino-platform integrations, and BridgerPay puts an approval-uplift number on the table where Corefy publishes none. Corefy's counters are the price list you can read today, the itemized 600-connector catalog, and the strongest white-label gateway story for PSP buyers. Pick it when cost modeling and routing depth matter more than brand-name references.
Settlement & commercials
Corefy publishes pricing. Those figures are below, and final terms still land in the contract.
Flat SaaS plus per-transaction overage: Standard €2,500/month with 10,000 successful transactions included then €0.072 each, Professional €6,000/month with 100,000 included then €0.024, Enterprise tailored above 1,000,000. No revenue share or basis-point pricing anywhere in the model (Jul 2026).
Pricing is fully public and modelable: €2,500 and €6,000 monthly tiers with 10,000 and 100,000 included transactions, flat overage of €0.072 and €0.024, and a tailored Enterprise tier above 1,000,000 transactions. Support is the hidden multiplier, since Premier adds 20% and Turnkey 30% on top of the entire monthly invoice, and the base tier covers 9 AM to 9 PM only. Add-ons run €1,500 (one-time pages and integrations, monthly for extra white-label packs). Billing is monthly or annual with cancellation at any time, and no setup fee is listed (all Jul 2026).

Onboarding path
- 1Model your costs from the published pricing page first: €2,500 Standard or €6,000 Professional per month, plus overage past the included transactions
- 2Contact sales and contract with COREFY LIMITED (UK), then pass the merchant onboarding checks
- 3Map your PSP stack against the 600-connector catalog and order any missing payment-flow integration (one per month is bundled with Professional, €1,500 one-time otherwise)
- 4Choose the card-data path: checkout builder or hosted payment pages under Corefy's PCI umbrella, or host-to-host if you hold your own certification
- 5Configure routing schemes, cascading, Firewall rules, and payout flows with your account manager
- 6Go live: first transactions come in under three weeks, and one PSP migrated its full traffic in two
Support & account management
You can't demo service before you sign, so what a vendor puts in writing is the only floor you can hold it to.
Frequently asked
The things operators actually ask before signing.
What does Corefy actually cost?+
This is the rare orchestration vendor you can price before the first call. Standard runs €2,500 a month with 10,000 successful transactions included, then €0.072 per transaction over. Professional is €6,000 a month with 100,000 included and €0.024 overage, and it bundles one hosted payment page in your design per year plus one new payment-flow integration per month. Enterprise is tailored, aimed above 1,000,000 transactions. Add-ons are flat: €1,500 one-time for a custom hosted page or a new integration, €1,500 a month for an extra white-label pack. Premier support adds 20% of the monthly invoice and Turnkey adds 30%. Billing is monthly or annual with no long-term commitment (July 2026).
Does Corefy hold player funds or need a payment license?+
No on both counts. The company puts it plainly: "Corefy does not process or handle end-user funds, and we're not a merchant or casino operator. We provide software infrastructure for businesses." Money moves between your players and your own PSP and acquirer accounts, so there is no EMI, PI, or gambling license to check. The compliance stack is attestation-based instead: PCI DSS Level 1 (v4.0.1), Visa TPA and Mastercard MRP registrations, and the UK entity COREFY LIMITED behind the contract.
Who are Corefy's gambling clients?+
None are published. The gambling reference base is anonymous: a 2022 company line counts top-20 gambling companies among clients without naming them, and the single gambling case study is unattributed, metric-free, and last updated at Q4 2023. Client anonymity is common on the payments side of gambling, and the closest public reference is the NuxGame platform partnership from December 2025. Gambling references arrive under NDA in the sales process.
Can Corefy get us gambling merchant accounts?+
Not directly, since it runs no acquiring and issues no MIDs. What it offers instead is reach: introductions through the 600-connector catalog and PayAtlas, the marketplace it launched in February 2024 with 700+ providers showcased, where merchants and providers file connection requests (1,400+ processed in 2024). You still contract with each acquirer or PSP yourself, and Corefy then routes across whatever MIDs you land, including risk-based distribution designed to keep those MIDs alive.
How fast can we go live, and does it work with our casino platform?+
Weeks. Corefy puts first live transactions at under three weeks (July 2026), and one PSP reported a full traffic migration in under two weeks (December 2025). Platform fit is narrower: NuxGame is the only casino platform with a published Corefy integration (December 2025), and there is no SOFTSWISS- or EveryMatrix-style connector page on the site. On any other platform, plan for your own integration against the public docs at corefy.com/docs.
Does using Corefy remove our PCI DSS burden?+
For hosted flows, that is the design. Hosted fields, hosted payment pages, and the checkout builder keep card data off your systems under Corefy's PCI DSS Level 1 umbrella, which was the reason the anonymous gambling client signed up. Host-to-host processing stays available for merchants holding their own certification. One caveat: unlike some rivals, Corefy does not publish its Level 1 AoC certificate.
