Soft2Bet launched ReferOn as its move into affiliate management software, and the Cyprus operating entity followed four months later in June 2023. The platform's first year brought 35.7M clicks, 2.4M registrations, 18,000 affiliates, and 136,000 active trackers, and the installed base then grew eightfold between 2024 and 2026. In May 2026 the company announced a completed management buyout: general manager Alex Bukin acquired the platform and became CEO, head of product Vlad Bondarenko was promoted to Chief Product Officer, and operations lead David Harris to Chief Operations Officer, with team and operations continuing unchanged. Two weeks later AffPapa named ReferOn Affiliate System of the Year 2026.
