Horrible customer support! There’s literally no one available to assist you directly when you have a problem. Honestly, don’t waste your time with this platform.I funded my account with them, purchased about $83,700 worth of Bitcoin, and then they suddenly put my account on hold. Trying to get help from customer support was a complete nightmare, and there was no proper assistance.

Thankfully, I was eventually able to get my money back with the help of a better company. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend being very careful before using this platform.
