I want to add to my previous review.

After the publication, representatives of 888Star actually contacted me and promised to resolve the issue again.

I provided absolutely everything that was asked of me: correspondence, evidence, account information, and followed all the managers' instructions. At their request, I even created a new gaming account, filled out the questionnaire in full, and sent them all the necessary information so that they could link the payouts.

In February, a company representative publicly wrote that the issue would be closed by the end of the week and even apologized on behalf of the entire company.

It's already July.

During this time, the problem has not been solved.

Moreover, after my first review, another representative of the company contacted me, who also promised to help. However, after several messages, communication simply stopped, and the question again remained without any result.

At the moment, I'm not even talking about the entire disputed amount, which initially caused the conflict. I ask you to withdraw at least those funds that are already on the balance and are available for payment — about 5,000 dollars. But even this issue has not been resolved by the company for several months.

The most disappointing thing is not the problem itself, but the attitude towards the partner. I was repeatedly promised to figure it out, given specific deadlines, asked to provide documents and perform additional actions. It was all done by me. On the part of the company, I see only new promises and a lack of results.
