I can tell that this is a scam. I hired someone off of fivver to monetize my website, so he adds ads from adsterra. Erotic ads that I don't want on my website because it's a mom and nursery blog. But then I attempt to change my password on the account and the site kept saying error. You have to be careful giving these crooks access to your websites , it's no telling what they are stealing off of your computers. And last to mention, I asked him, how exactly am I supposed to be getting paid from advertising these ads. And the customer service at adsterra stop replying. So now I'm waiting for these crooks to remove these gross ads off of my website. THEY ARE DEFINITELY A SCAM

Within the first two days of using this company, I received complaints from visitors to my site 3 times that they were sent to a redirect saying they need to download an app or the phone will be shut down. Customer service kept asking me screenshots of those malware pages. The first time, I did it, but then second and third times? No, I'm not gonna continue asking my site visitors to go back to that shady pages and take a screenshot with the potential of getting infected with viruses just so they could fix it. What they should have done is go to my site and run checks to see what's going on, but instead, kept asking for screenshots. To hell with this company.

I started using Adsterra a couple of days ago. First I saw some positive reviews, and there were also people who said it had malware redirects. I still decided to try it out for myself.

Yes, Adsterra might pay a bit better but it's really NOT worth it. Just a day after placing BANNER ads, I got users complaining they were randomly redirected to random sites, who knows which ones, upon just visiting website, and not clicking on anything.

For anyone using this network, think twice or you might ruin your site & google rankings with it.

Contacted their support, they said something "everything is fine now, don't worry" LOL.

After I did some of research, I saw people years ago complaining about the same problem, and Adsterra still doesn't have a proper solution. Or maybe they don't want to find it, since they profit from such offers, I have no idea.
At least they could warn their publishers that this could happen, so that it doesn't do harm to their websites.

1. The site started to complain about viruses. It's just a matter of time before the site goes out of search.

2. Profitability. For 90 clicks = $0.005. This is very powerful). For good German traffic from IT and technology. Traffic is double-checked, these are regular subscribers.

You are already a permanent client and you will be driving traffic in spurts for 15 minutes at the beginning of each hour, and anyone who works in this network can easily check this by going in yourself, and support will tell you that you have to raise bid by 20-30% because competitors are driving traffic at big bids - when you drive traffic for 30 countries and suddenly they came to them competitors, although estimator shows recommended bid in 3 times lower than my main, it just an excuse to buy the same amount of traffic just 2 times more expensive.

I will not judge anybody because it is a personal matter how anybody should earn money. But sincerely I would recommend to avoid this network for many reasons.

Collaboration with the platform started with a working and converting funnel, which successfully worked on other platforms.

The first call was already when the platform was missing a token to transfer a cost to the tracker.

Traffic here was more, but compared to other platforms it was tears, and the bid did not particularly increase the number of potential clicks. But then one day the spend just fell to 11 cents daily and that's it!!!

Restarting the campaign gave me nothing. I decided to ask for help from support and here began the most interesting thing:

During the week every time Support replied that the technical department was working! Once again, asking about the progress of my question, I got a phenomenal response from support: "So far, all we see is that there are advertisers who set the bid in 2X higher than yours. +therewas less traffic on pub sources, it happens, maybe they focused on specific geos or funnels and not on your funnel." And it took more than a week of investigation, after such a "help of support" I decided to stop further work with the platform.

I wondered how to withdraw funds from the platform, because there was more than 200 cents left and 11 cents daliy spend would take almost 5 years.

Again, the support informed me that there was no problem with that. I provided the number of the purse, from which I funded the account and Support reported that - "Thank you! Already gave my colleagues, in the near future they will issue a refund. A week later another support team said that "the nearest time" - is 30 working days.

Extremely do not recommend working with this platform!!!

Not very good affiliate, during the first month I worked with them on CPM (direct link), it was fine, then among their offers I began to notice adult and even viruses (all the settings on their site, to filter it out to the maximum, zero result), have had a lot of problems with this, I still clean it up.
