Delasport Limited in Gibraltar holds the Swedish Spelinspektionen license and is the head office behind UKGC account 29045, which has carried a remote gambling software license and a remote betting host license since July 2022. Ontario supply arrived in early 2024.
Delasport holds no US registration. In North America it supplies Ontario, where AGCO supplier registration landed in early 2024 and three brands went live across 2024 and 2025.

Founded in 2010 by Avi Shemesh and still founder-owned, Delasport runs operationally from Sofia, Bulgaria (the company moved into Business Garden in April 2024, with Plovdiv and Ukraine offices besides) and licenses from Malta, while a second Delasport Limited in Gibraltar holds the Swedish license and the UK head-office line. CEO Oren Cohen Shwartz arrived in August 2021 from Skywind, after William Hill, Superbet, and EveryMatrix. Headcount sits between 200 and 500.
