MyAffiliates Review
7.2/10MyAffiliates has run affiliate programs for multi-brand operator groups since 2007, working from Brisbane and Malta, with clients across Europe, LatAm, Africa, and Australia. Pricing is quoted per deal.
Our read
- A commission engine running three revenue-share forms, five CPA types including country-specific CPA and QCPA, CPL, hybrid plans, and unlimited sub-affiliate tiers.
- 24/7 support across the Australia and Malta teams, with unlimited training included in the monthly fee.
- Betsson Group moved its multi-brand program off NetRefer in the first week of June 2023, and MozzartBet followed from the same platform on August 1, 2024.
- Personal data is transferred to Australia and processed there.
- Setup fee and monthly fee both come as a quote, so budgeting starts from the sales call.
- Affiliate payouts stop at summaries and reporting, with execution left on the operator's own rails and no PSP or crypto payout integrations.
- No US state-regulated operators. The platform's US-facing presence is an offshore poker network's program.
A European, LatAm, or African multi-brand operator group that wants a commission taxonomy deep enough to price every market differently, especially one migrating an existing program off another platform.
An operator building a US state-regulated program, or a program that needs payout execution and PSP rails inside the platform.
Markets & licensing
MyAffiliates sells to multi-brand operator groups. The base covers European groups, LatAm programs from Inkabet to Betcris, African operators, a home-market cluster in Australia, and poker and forex alongside the casino and sportsbook brands, with no US state-regulated operators.
No US state-regulated operator runs on MyAffiliates. The platform's US-facing presence is the Winning Poker Network's offshore program. A buyer building a program for a state-licensed US book is shopping in the Income Access lane.
Lottoland runs its affiliate program on MyAffiliates under a UKGC license, so the platform sits behind a UK-facing regulated brand today. There is no UK entity or certification on the vendor side.
- Operator programs
- Betsson's flagship for a Nasdaq Stockholm-listed group, PAF for the Åland government, and Lottoland under a UKGC license
Licensing tier: Affiliate software is not a licensable gambling activity.
The client base runs from regulated European groups to offshore poker and grey-market programs.
Platform & capabilities
Everything the product does out of the box. If a feature isn't listed, the vendor either doesn't offer it or doesn't say.
Integrations & engineering
One contract and one API instead of a separate deal per studio, feed, or PSP. Here's what connects, how fast, and on what stack.
Integration runs through the XML API: reporting feeds affiliates can pull without logging in, connections into CRMs, payment gateways, and third-party tools, and bespoke endpoints on request. Ad serving connects through Connextra and Bannerflow, and the whole platform runs one umbrella account across a group's brands. Client relationships are direct operator engagements rather than platform-bundle deals.
The setup fee covers integration and migration. Betsson's cutover ran within a week in June 2023, and MozzartBet moved in August 2024.
Products & tools
One operator platform whose center of gravity is the commission engine: flat, tiered, and progressive revenue share, five CPA variants including country-specific CPA and QCPA, CPL, and hybrid plans with unlimited sub-affiliate tiers. Around it sit 20+ prebuilt reports at a close-to-real-time cadence, an XML API documented on a public wiki, and an umbrella account that folds every brand in a group under one program.
Commission Plans
The plan engine carries revenue share in flat, tiered, and progressive forms, five CPA types including country-specific CPA and Qualified CPA paid only after defined player actions, CPL for verified sign-ups, hybrid structures combining all three, and sub-affiliation with no limit on tier depth.
- Revenue share as flat rate, tiered against performance milestones, and progressive over time or volume
- Five CPA types: standard, tiered, progressive, country-specific CPA, and Qualified CPA (QCPA) paid only after specific player actions
- CPL plans that pay for verified sign-ups instead of deposits
- Hybrid plans combining revenue share, CPA, and CPL into custom payout structures
- Unlimited sub-affiliate tiers with multi-level earnings from downstream partners
Advanced Reporting
Multi-tier, multi-channel tracking with dynamic methods and postbacks, over 20 prebuilt reports plus fully customizable ones and custom report development on request, and an XML API that lets affiliates pull reports without logging in and connects CRMs, payment gateways, and third-party tools, all documented on a public Atlassian wiki.
- Multi-tier and multi-channel tracking, real-time
- Over 20 prebuilt reports spanning performance, conversion analytics, traffic sources, revenue attribution, fraud monitoring, and payout summaries
- Close-to-real-time reporting cadence
- Affiliate XML API access so partners pull reports without logging in, plus bespoke endpoints on request
- API feeds documented publicly on an Atlassian wiki, with an open-source Perl client maintained by Deriv shipping against them
Multi-Brand Programs
Groups fold all their gaming brands under one umbrella account, and the setup fee covers integration and migration. Two multi-brand groups moved onto the platform from NetRefer, Betsson Group in 2023 and MozzartBet in 2024, which named single-account brand management as its reason to switch.
- All of a group's gaming brands managed under one umbrella account
- Setup fee covers integration and migration where needed
- Betsson Group completed its migration from NetRefer in the first week of June 2023, with old tracking links expiring on June 1
- MozzartBet moved from NetRefer on August 1, 2024 and named single-account multi-brand management as a switch reason
- Platform available in Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil) since July 2023
The history
Longevity in this industry usually comes with a change of owner somewhere in it.
Steven Harris started the business in Brisbane in 2007 and landed the first client in 2009, then opened the Malta office in 2015 to sit inside the European iGaming hub. The client base reached 100 by 2018, 200 by 2022, and 300 by 2024, with the same three principals throughout, Harris as founder and director, Courtney Miles as CTO since 2010, and Clémence Dujardin as group CEO. The company is private with no parent.

Longevity and ownership
Switching vendors is expensive, which makes the company's staying power part of the purchase. What the contract says about your data decides how expensive an exit gets.
MyAffiliates vs alternatives
Most buyers in this market shortlist three or four vendors long before they take a single sales call.
