Markets & licensing
St8 built a seven-jurisdiction license stack in under three years, led by a UKGC software license granted in July 2025 and AGCO registration in Ontario. The Malta entry is a Recognition Notice rather than a full MGA license.
St8 holds no US state license of any kind and does not serve US-regulated operators. Ontario, where it registered with AGCO in October 2025 and went live with Tonybet in February 2026, is its only North American market.
Holds a UKGC remote gambling software license granted July 25, 2025 under St8 Technologies Limited, account 67166, license 067166-R-340918-001. LottoGo became the first UK brand live on the platform in November 2025, and a kwiff partnership followed in April 2026.

The UK went live first and Ontario followed. The Baltic, German and Georgian entries run under operator-side licenses, and the platform is adapted for Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and Portugal.

One REST integration over HTTPS with JSON payloads opens the full 19,000-game catalog. Requests are ECDSA-signed via the x-st8-sign header, with signature examples in Python, Erlang, PHP, Java, C# and Node.js. The operator chooses the wallet model: seamless, where the operator holds the balance and St8 calls back for check, balance, debit, credit, buyin, payout and cancel, or transfer, where St8 holds the balance and the operator moves funds in and out. The same connection carries the Bonus API, the jackpot aggregator, game metadata, the Thumbnails CDN, the Checksum API and game round replays. TARS lets the operator's engineers run St8's test suite inside their own CI before launch, against a public sandbox.
Most operators are up and running within a few days to a few weeks, depending on scope.

St8 was founded in 2021 by Vladimir Negine, a former Deutsche Bank business analyst who ran Hub88, the aggregator of Coingaming Group (now Yolo Group), before leaving to build a rival. The platform was coded from scratch starting in 2022. The company is private and bootstrapped, with the licensing entity St8 Technologies Limited registered in Douglas, Isle of Man, and the engineering team in Tallinn.
