We are looking for an Affiliate Team Lead who is ready to find and onboard the first partners in the strongest crypto startup and subsequently validate the affiliate direction.

Responsibilities:
— Finding and attracting new partners (webmasters/influencers);
— Scaling partner performance, traffic analytics;
—Close collaboration with the Product, Analytics, Risk Management teams;
— Testing various combinations and hypotheses with partners.

Requirements:
— You have experience in the crypto vertical (on the marketing side);
— English language skills at or above the Upper-Intermediate level;
— Knowing and understanding of various sources and traffic acquisition funnels;
— You have a good understanding of the market;
— Experience with traffic analytics;
— Work experience with foreign traffic.
